Hi! I’m Juliette Hammana, founder of The Worklife Balance.
My mission is to empower the creative industry to be—and stay—the most desirable place to work. A space where ambition, creativity, and wellbeing thrive together. Why? Because creative agencies and brands have something special. But to keep that energy alive and attract the next generation, you need a work environment that supports and empowers people.
With a Master’s in Work & Organizational Psychology and years of experience in the fast-paced creative sector, I’ve always been fascinated by what drives people. My studies in coaching and ACT Therapy further shaped my approach, blending People & Culture strategies with personal development.
I founded The Worklife Balance because I saw a gap. Creative businesses are built on passion, but as they grow or face change, their people challenges grow too. And there aren’t many HR/People & Culture specialists who truly understand the creative industry.
Today, work and life are deeply intertwined. That’s why The Worklife Balance takes a holistic approach: supporting businesses to build future-proof employee experiences and helping individuals with their mental health. When both sides thrive, success follows.
Let’s create the best Worklife together.

How I work
My approach is both strategic and personal. Whether I’m coaching one-on-one or consulting for a company, I focus on practical solutions that align with your values and goals. I balance evidence-based methods with honesty and a warm, human touch, ensuring meaningful results.
How creativity meets psychology
I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of creativity and psychology. While my academic foundation lies in psychology, I’ve built my career in the creative industry because it feels like home. But I also have a life around work, in which I love dancing, exploring new countries and crafting jewelry. These passions keep me connected to creativity and hold space for all aspects of life.
